2.  After the consultation request, I will email you:

3.  Prior to the appointment, please sign and fill out the forms and return via email. 

​

If you would like to share your bloodwork, I will provide bloodwork analysis from a Functional medical perspective.

4.  You will receive an email reminder for the appointment.

​

​

5.  After the consultation, a second phone conversation will take place to review the Wellness Plan, discuss healing strategies, and review protocols.

​

​

6.  All custom herbal products will be mailed to the client after the consultation, along with specific lifestyle recommendations and bloodwork analysis. 

​

​

7.  I will be available for follow-up questions via email, at no additional costs.

​

​

8.  A subsequent follow-up consultation is recommended in 2 months to review results.
